Concierge therapy for expectant and postpartum mothers in DC
We help moms reconnect to their identities during the rapid changes of pregnancy and postpartum.
The process of matrescence, or becoming a mother, can leave you feeling lost and disconnected- from yourself, and from the people and things you love. We help guide you through the overwhelm, exhaustion, and isolation of pregnancy and postpartum with practical, in-home solutions.
While many maternal health providers focus on either physical challenges OR mental health, Seven Mothers takes a different approach: we consider all the ways motherhood impacts you-
body, mind, heart, and home.
There is a better way to navigate motherhood.

We focus on what you can control- creating new routines that work for you and your growing family, so you can find
peace.
calm.
sanity.

Let’s check out your home environment to see how we can improve your posture, positioning, and body mechanics to resolve pain and prevent injury.

You are not alone.
Let’s talk about how you can conserve energy and prioritize rest so you can be the mother you want to be. We teach self-regulation and co-regulation strategies so both you and baby (and other family members!) can find your rhythm.
With 15 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, our approach is holistic and compassionate.
We can work with mom, baby, and partner as a unit because
raising a child takes a village.
Did you know that 1 in 7 mothers experience postpartum depression or anxiety?
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) can occur starting at conception and occur up to two years postpartum.
Birth is a major life event, but that’s not how it’s treated within our healthcare system.
While many mothers receive education and support on how to take care of their newborn baby, they often feel unprepared to take care of their own emotional, mental, and physical needs during the perinatal period.
Are you ready to experience a new kind of maternal healthcare?
Step 1
Free 15-minute consultation.
We will schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call to get to know your pain points and how we can work together to bring relief.
I share more about my approach and the strategies I can use to help you and your family through this challenging phase.
Step 2
Comprehensive Evaluation
The 90-minute assessment will be conducted within the comfort of your home. I take a holistic approach to understand your pregnancy and/or postpartum journey, including medical health conditions, challenges experienced during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum, and current pain points.
We look at your home environment, routines, family/household responsibilities, caretaking preferences, sleep and more, and come up with a plan to help you feel like yourself again.
The struggle is real, but it doesn’t have to be painful.
Schedule your free 15-minute consultation today to get started and feel like yourself again.
Step 3
Personalized Plan
Following the evaluation, we will come up with a step-by-step plan to address the pain points we came up with. You are the driver of this plan and recommendations will be customized to your home, lifestyle, and parenting preferences.
Follow-up in-home or virtual visits may be scheduled to provide ongoing support as your needs continue to change throughout the perinatal period.
